Shipping & Return Policy

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped from our warehouse on the North Shore of Oahu.

We ship everything via USPS, with the cost calculated based on weight at checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking info.

Priority Mail includes $50 of insurance.

Please remember that overnight Express is 2 days from Hawaii.

We cannot track all international orders once they leave the US.

Sea Haven is not responsible for any customs or duty fees, porch pirate theft, or undeliverable packages resulting from an incorrect shipping address. Please check your tracking and double-check your shipping address at checkout.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We're SURE you'll love your purchase but if for some reason you don't, please drop us a line at hello@shopseahaven.com within seven (7) days of receipt of your order. For approved exchanges and refunds, the customer will pay for return shipping. For damaged, broken, or unusable delivered items, please include photo proof of damage with your order number and contact info.
