All orders are shipped from our warehouse on the North Shore of Oahu, Hawaii.
We ship everything via USPS, with the cost calculated based on weight at checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking info.
Priority Mail and Ground Advantage includes $100 of insurance.
Please remember that overnight Express is 2 days from Hawaii.
We cannot track all international orders once they leave the US.

RETURNS
We're almost positive you'll love your purchase but if for some reason you don't, please drop us a line within seven (7) days of receipt of your order.
